Summary: noimport in .properties
Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have a "noimport"
("unimport" ?) command for use in the User Options
File.
Currently "import"s from Global Options File
cannot be overridden.
I want it to make the "Options" menu of an acceptable
length (scrolling is ugly) and maybe boost the startup
time a little ;-) with no modifications in Global Options.
My idea is that "import" would be executed
*after* Global/User/Local Options, if there was no
corresponding "noimport" command.
