There have been a few changes in the past months with SciTE and Scintilla folding, such as https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=102439&aid=1219354&group_id=2439 Since your folding code is likely based on old SciTE code you should have a look at SciTE's current code. Scintilla's behaviour has also changed and this may interact badly with your code.
