fold.quotes.python and fold.comment.python are not well maintained so I won't be turning fold.quotes.python on by default. IIRC, several of us modified these features to fit our own cases without sufficient regard to other people's usage. If someone were prepared to spend the time required to work out how these features should work and interact, fix the code and maintain it then the features would be much more useful.
