The patch has now been applied. Warning: people that have their own definitions of the notification structures may need to modify these to work on 64 bit platforms as the idFrom field will now be 64 bits.
The SciTE part of this patch is not compatible with VC 6 so the VC 6 project files are broken unless someone is interested in fixing them. > Actually, I think it may not be a problem. I haven't tried to write a program to check but a quick search says 64 bit Linux uses LP64 where int is 32 bits and long and pointer are 64.
