I was looking through the scintilla source a while back, and it seemed to me 
that the properties format was directly supported by scintilla, as in, you 
can ask it to load them, and then query the files for settings..

Good to know, I'll see how I can get it all working, maybe qt has some nice 
dbcs stuff.
