Hello, I would like to use the indicators of Scintilla to implement 'non-editable' (as we can do in styling) but in a manner that is not correlated to lexing, so the styles do not fit my needs. I'm sure that I can implement that from the existing style based code (even for my own use only if it is not interesting for inclusion in common code base) . However it is possible only if I can be sure that no lexer will trash my indicators. May lexers trash the indicator bits? or do they always stay in the styling bits and never modify indicators? (the doc seems to somewhat imply that but it does not seem to be expressed somewhere). Regards Armel |
