Category: SciTE Group: Bug Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: spx2 (spx2) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: when hitting save as scite closes Initial Comment: i tried to install scite i like this editor very much on windows but on linux i have problems with it. i just made the fina switch from win32 to *nix. i code allot and i need scite. im using mandrake 10 official please help me i did the following 1 downloaded extracted scite.tgz 2 it made a gscite directory where i tried to run SciTE file and it told me i dont have libstdc++.so.6 i got version 6.3.1 of that and now after i installed it as root it SciTE started 3 Menu showed nothing at Languages 4 I took the latest rpm scite-1.58-aap2.i686.rpm and installed it as root with rpm -i scite-1.58-aap2.i686.rpm 5 i ran again scite and it showed stuff at languages menu but as with the .tgz version also this .rpm version has a big problem namely if i try to hit save as i get the following Failed to load pixbuf file: /usr/share/pixmaps/Sci48M.png: Failed to open file '/usr/share/pixmaps/Sci48M.png': No such file or directory ./SciTE: relocation error: ./SciTE: undefined symbol: gtk_file_chooser_dialog_new ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=102439&aid=1362377&group_id=2439 _______________________________________________ Scintilla-interest mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.lyra.org/mailman/listinfo/scintilla-interest
