I've also noticed this, and have in fact resorted to rather
ad-hoc parsing for multiple values. 

URL:decoration={appearance=UnderLine,fore=#800080}

could also be written:

URL:decoration:
   appearance=UnderLine
   fore=#800080

although the first form is a nice space saver.

Boo is mostly handled well by the Python lexer, except for
block comments (/*...*/) and regular expression literals. So
the C++ lexer is where I must go for the extra mile, I guess.
That will of course be useful for Scintilla in general.
