I changed it here at least, because in wxScintilla it creates an infinite 
loop in debug, because the assert shows a box, provoquing a redraw, then 
relexing (because the end is not flushed yet) which is prevented by a 
non-reentrance test... thus trying to lex again, failing, redrawing...
