Jeffrey's patch that uses wide character calls to allow Windows 9x to edit Asian text in non-Unicode encodings has now been applied. I modified it to follow the existing coding style and to minimise the amount of duplicated code by implementing a DrawTextCommon method. The code should only be active on Windows 9x when the code page Scintilla is using is different to the systems code page (CP_ACP).
