other drawing and thus later.
not really in opposition with what I say, but yes, the drawing code may have a flexible order depending on the alpha, but that is more a question of features that you want to propose and maintain. Indicators have the same problem, you may want bottom Z-order indicators and top Z-order indicators. Maybe it could be a way to schedule your drawing btw, I mean by giving a Z-order to each element and creating/refreshing a small aray when some element in the z-order list changes, then executing drawings in the order of the array (testing each element and actually drawing only if it applies).
