In the doc for SCI_SETDOCPOINTER(<unused>, document *pDoc), step 5 reads:
5. If pDoc was 0, a new, empty document is created and attached to the window. To make things clearer, there should be a step 6. 6. If pDoc was not 0, its reference count is increased by 1.
