Can I ask/suggest that the define for "PLATFORM_H" be called something more
specific to the scintilla project like "SCINPLATFORM_H".
This is because many projects use similar namings and it causes
clashes.
Ideally the classes within Platform (like Point) should be in a
ScintillaPlatform namespace as well, but thats a bigger change.
But if you would like me to run around doing this donkeywork, just let me
know ... I have no problem doing housekeeping tasks.
