Category: Scintilla Group: Bug Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Focus stays in Scintilla Initial Comment: At random times the focus of the scintilla edit control cannot be changed/lost. Usually after using various keyboard commands (ie ctrl+?,alt+?,cutting,pasting,etc) the focus is locked into the edit control. If you try to press 'alt-F' to bring up the file menu, it will not. When you press alt the menu looks as though it has focus but hasn't. If you then try to use the mouse to select the file menu, the focus is still in the control and the mouse cursor is the I bar, no matter where you move the mouse on the screen/main window. The only way to get out of the focus is to use the mouse and physically click out of the control. When you do this the cursor in the edit control moves to where it "thinks" you clicked and highlights part of the document. Any suggestions?
