I'm not actually using Digital Mars, but I'm using another environment that doesn't have IME: I'm building Scintilla using Mainwin (www.mainsoft.com) on Solaris and Linux. Mainwin doesn't support IME, so I'm getting around that by defining __DMC__ to skip all the IME calls.
