Summary: Bash lexer gets confused by ' and "

Initial Comment:
The BASH lexer won't style correctly after typing the
following:

$test = 'test'"'

after that, all following code has the style SCE_SH_STRING.
Another test case:
ONEPKG="^\"`echo -n "$ONELINE" | cut -f 2 -d '"'`\""

after that, all following code has the style
SCE_SH_CHARACTER.
