This isn't folding of arbitrary streams of text, instead just
adding potential fold start and fold end points to each line, so that,
for example, the following code:
if (test()) {
call();
} /* Only call if success */
could be folded to:
if (test()) [folded] /* Only call if success */
My opinion is that the limitations mean that the added complexity
isn't worthwhile but possibly others will like this. You can download
the code and experiment to see.
