Summary: SciTE fails to release closed files
Initial Comment:
On Windows XP, if I open a file in SciTE, close it, and
then try and delete the folder the file is in, Windows
gives me an error telling me there
I can not confirm this on WinXP with 1.70 - what version are you using?
