Scintilla doesn't allow case-insensitive searching for non-Latin Unicode text (and non-Latin non-Unicode text also). So I've modified some Scintilla 1.71 source files: Platform.h, Document.h and Document.cxx. Now it seems to be OK under Win32 (Windows) with Russian - both Unicode and non-Unicode text - but is not tested with other languages yet. I can send these modified files to anyone who wants to test it and, probably, to optimize my modifications of the source files.
