I have created a custom lexer and upon loading it, all the text is
styled correctly. But as soon as I type a character, I get a crash with
this assertion:
Assertion [pixmapSelPattern->Initialised()] failed at ../src/Editor.cxx 2849
It means that something is being done to change style settings in
the lexer. RefreshPixMaps initializes pixmapSelPattern at the start of
painting and again if the container has been sent an SCN_UPDATEUI and
again if wrapping changed any line heights. Lexers should not change
style settings.
