I just discovered that my patch worked for CLIPBOARD but not for PRIMARY. So, when selected text is pasted in other apps(like OpenOffice) it is still interpreted as an URI. Attached patch solves this by setting the correct target list (hopefully I didn't missed again any side effects ;-)).

One problem is still remaining: Now, pasting the PRIMARY clipboard is working for OpenOffice but it still doesn't work e.g. for aterm. I have no idea why. Any ideas?
IIRC aterm has always had trouble. Possibly a NUL termination issue since Scintilla uses a NUL to indicate stream / rectangular selection.
