Thank you very much for pointing out those dead code. It is unfortunate that
I don't have Borland/Microsoft C++ installed.
Removed the dead codes and hope it now will compile without warnings.
That looks good.
Before I commit this, you should be aware that including your email
address in open source code means it will be read by spambots and
therefore that address will receive spam.
