Florian Balmer:
What I've tried, moreover, is calling SCI_GETSTYLEAT for the brace in hope that this might somehow trigger the styling, as SciTE seems to do that through a WindowAccessor object (to check whether or not the brace is part of a multibyte character - can this happen, at all?).
No, SCI_GETSTYLEAT is low-level dumb access to the styling buffer.
I found out that the problem only occurs if there's some text between the if() statement and the line commented with # (no matter of what style, also whitespace or newlines),
The only way I can see this happening is if the '}' is after the current screen. Neil _______________________________________________ Scintilla-interest mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.lyra.org/mailman/listinfo/scintilla-interest
