I just thought I'd share my most recent excitement.
statusbar.text.1=\ Line: $(LineNumber) \ Column: $(ColumnNumber) \ Selection: $(SelLength) \ $(BufferLength) characters in $(NbOfLines) lines \ (Modified $(FileDate) $(FileTime))I have included tabs within the string - in this example after the $(SelLength) variable. Stuff after the first tab is centred on the status bar, stuff after the second tab is right-aligned on the status bar.
VERY cool. I think so anyway.One little quibble though, there seems to be a limit to the number of characters that can be displayed in the status bar. I'm not a fan of "display full path in the title bar" because it's always too long to display hence not useful, so I don't get the full file path anywhere. I'd like to put $(FilePath) in the status bar, but whenever I add it, the status bar has too many characters, and the whole status text is cut off. It's probably 128 or 256 characters. Any ideas? Any quick fix?
