Because of this I use EPIC, but I love Scite.

That's not the first time such request is made, but the problem is that
SciTE is multi-language, while most of the explorers you show are
mono-language (C++, Java) or manage a limited set of languages, or are
full IDE with project management and so on, something SciTE avoids to do.
You can try and use an external program like Exuberant CTags which
manages several languages. SciTE has limited support for the output
format of this program.
