I'm not sure if it's anything I've configured specifically on my
version of SciTE but when I open a PHP file with mostly functions or
classes I hold CTRL and click the "-" in the fold margin next to <?
and it closes it and everything under it, I think click again on the
"+" (without CTRL) and it opens with everything nicely closed
Basically I believe CTRL-click in the fold margin closes or opens all
children folds
