I am unable to
open any file that is in a ClearCase directory. Even if the file is a
newly-created file (i.e. view-private) with read-write permissions for
everyone, SciTE will refuse to open it. If I copy that same file to my home
directory (not under ClearCase), everything works fine.
This problem seems
to occur only with SciTE; gedit, nedit, and vi work fine.
Has
anyone else encountered problems with SciTE and text files in a ClearCase
directory?
