This is less certain and more difficult than for line comments and
would need a more detailed design: what do you do if the selection
includes parts of stream comments; with a box comment, there are many
different bits to remove and maybe you want the whole stream comment
to have anything that looks like box comment detritus removed.
I won't be working on these. Commenting commands would be better
implemented as Lua scripts so they can be more easily tweaked.
