[page scroll with Shift+wheel]
I don't see a benefit: there are already mouse and keyboard actions
associated with page scrolling.
Well I found very usefull when reading a code to scroll page/page.
BTW how do you scroll pages with the mouse (wheel) ?
I searched the doc 3 times and found nothing
