This is a very old post of mine. I did not get much response to it. Pobably not many members of this mailing list found merit in a utility like this. Finally after two years I have been able to find the little freeware gem called CLCL and am enjoying using it with SciTE. It can store my choosen code snippets in an a tree structure and can paste directly at cursor position in SciTE on mouse click.
