Today I've tested it in 2 different PC and the problem exist on both.
Also I tried under Linux and I got the same problem.
But I have to tell you, the resolution is an inportant thing to see the
problem.
If you want to see the problem have to use the following string on 1280x1024:
test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,test,
And this on 1024x768:

So the file should look in this way on 1024x768

But when pasting the middle line then some "test" become hidden, and also
the cursor is hidden too.
For testing I used the standard 1.69 scite package.
