scite starts as suggested loading the properties-files correctly.
but, windows/scite creates now directories in scite-dir
(favorites,cookies,local settings) when trying to change dir in
opendialog to desktop (top in open-dialog), which gives also an error.
So i removed the script and writing line "import SciteUser" to the
SciteGlobal. i think i should be a way to define "user-dir" in the
Sciteglobal.properties...
