Russian user Moon_aka_Sun invented decision, that allows inserting separators in Tools menu.
This will not work correctly. First, when command.name.1.*=-&Fill Rectangle then the commandName variable is "-&Fill Rectangle", not "-" so the test fails. Due to the two platforms, menu management is a complex mix of position and ID based calls. With two commands with separators, one appears after the Stop Executing item. The code does not correctly delete the separator items when switching tool sets.
