Sorry about that, something wrong with the mailing list since it takes days before I knew that it got distributed.
There are delays because of the large amount of spam being received by the list. Above some rate, it starts backing up and eventually spends so much time dealing with the queue that it stays behind. Last week, Greg turned off incoming mail for a day which made the queue work OK again and it looked like the ambient spam climate was improving but now there's a lot more coming through.
