It's available via the .properties files - here's mine:
#reload files after they are changed?
load.on.activate=1
are.you.sure.on.reload=1
reload.preserves.undo=1
Note that if the program that changes the file doesn't update the
timestamp (eg. some uses of svn) you won't get an alert, even though you
would in, say, vim.
