Any file extension in either file.patterns can use the abbrev.properties
file and ...SciTE still considers abbrev.properties as the Global abbrev
file.
Can I assume that this method will work if I continue to add additional
file.patterns?
It will work as long as all the settings name separate sets of
extensions. If multiple settings name a particular extension then the
setting used for that extension is undefined. Its your responsibility
to prevent clashes.
