It is actually even lighter than you think! :)
In the "server-less" local repo case, TSVN makes use of (binds to) the
SVN API (embodied in a library or libraries)... and does not need the
command line portions of SVN at all - it just makes the calls directly!
So there is no spoon... or, SVN required. ;)
