Well, there is F8... but that leaves you to do the "auto" part. ;)
But if you mean like in VS, then it doesn't look good. AFAICT, the VS
view of this allows "autoclose" of a pane when focus shifts away from
it - but in SciTE, when the output pane is opened, it doesn't *get*
the focus (which sometimes seem annoying if you want to, say, scroll
through the output).
