I looked at the code and it appears it's a Windows XP feature which is not implemented yet in the GTK version.

It would be nice if it could be in the next version of SciTE for GTK.

Well, 1.74 certainly has the "Replace in Buffers" option on the
Replace dialog on Windows XP.
