I believe it is traditional behaviour in some editors...
When I need to go back, I put a bookmark at the initial position...
And when I am at it, a decent hint on the number of occurences replaced
would be quite helpful.
I agree, that's why I added this feature long ago... But only for the
Windows version, I don't know if it is present in the GTK+ one... You
don't tell us which system you use.
