Hi,
I updated the gp-core PCSC driver. This driver can be used with a
GemPC410 or a GCR410P smart card reader.

Changelog:
* gp-core now support the GCR410P (first version of the GemPC410 with
a GemCore 1.118 chip).
In fact the code was already present and it was just tested by
the Gemplus "Smart Card Interface R&D" team.
* added supported command length and protocols in Readme

1. it works for you and which reader version you have
2. it DOES NOT works for you and which reader version you have
This driver may also work with other Gemplus readers base on GemCore. I
would be interested to know with which readers it works and don't works.
