One additional note: my patches cause libsectok to open a PCSC-lite
device in exclusive mode. make sure your program closes the device,
freeing the exclusive lock or you won't be able to re-open the device.

I found that the sectok program doesn't auto-close the device on quit
and I patched it to do so for my own use.
