(I have proprietary reader code for the SetCAD 203 reader. It is quite simple, and probably one could easily made the reader to be MUSCLE enabled. It uses direct serial 9600, even parity, two stop bits and no flow control. Card is reseted by claring and setting the RTS.)
The Todos reader driver (which we wrote) is a dumb reader driver, and can be easily modified for other dumb readers. For example, it also works with the PC3 reader. It implements IFD version 1, not version 2.
