The PCSC IFD is a library built on top of Wolf's GPR400 PCMCIA driver.
I did rearrange and re-release Wolf's PCMCIA driver in the recommended
Linux-PCMICA third-party driver format. Other than that, it's likely
the same code you're familiar with.
