Just wanted to tell you that I can't look at this right now, but I'll be
back in a couple of days.
So I've got 2 fix requests on OpenSSH-MCard-2.9p2-2:
1. request to use a user PIN different from the transport one (n.0). It
seems David's release fixes this.
2. check card_edge.h in autoconf stuff
If there are any further issues, please submit them on

so I'll include fixes on the next release.
