(update: first try bounced due to wrong from: address. david already replied in private mail, so this is only for other with the same problems. the new headerfiles are called muscle*, and that name is fixed now. also the openssh version in musclecard is currently newer, and was included because the smartsign maintainer was on vacation. the muscleframework release isn't called "pre" without reason. - aj)
version 1.0.0pre contains lots of files with unncessary executable bits. that doesn't hurt, but it does not look nice. aj@simulacron:~/muscle/src/muscleFramework-1.0.0pre/MCardLoader$ ./AUTHORS ./AUTHORS: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' ./AUTHORS: line 1: `David Corcoran <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' :-) also, i see no way to set the pcsc directory. i compiled everything into /home/aj/muscle/ even with "./configure --prefix=/home/aj/muscle/", it does not look there for header files etc., and there is no --with-pcsc=... option to configure. openssh-ce from the smartsign webpage and musclePAM from the muscleFramework still depend on card_edge.h, which is now called musclecard.h ? (or the other way ?) is the openssh-ce in the muscleframework the newer one, or the one on the smartsign webpage ? could not get openssh-ce working due to openssl issues (discussed in some other email). regards, andreas ----- End forwarded message ----- -- *************************************************************** Unix Smart Card Developers - M.U.S.C.L.E.
