I do have the IAR90S I looked a short while ago. The only compiler I found was SDCC (http://sdcc.sourceforge.net/). I doubt it is a good AVR compiler, because its main target is the 8051 and it produced there much larger code than the Keil C51. If the IAR90S doesn't require a dongle, you could try it in the DOS emulator or WINE. The Keil C51 does in principle run in WINE, but does not detect the dongle there.
