OK, I got some interesting  contacts at the Linux Expo in Atlanta this weekend.
 A couple of issues:  The PC/SC resource manager will be licensed under the
LGPL license when finished.  In the meantime it will remain GPL.  There is a
reference implementation of PKCS-11 being built for Unix that I will be
applying to the resource manager eventually so we can create Netscape plugins
for secure web.  I promise some Resource Manager code out by mid next week -
even if not completed.
