The Cryptoflex Manual is the 4k manual. I do also have the 8k manual although
the basic commands are similar to the 4k The Cyberflex manual can be found
online at the Schlumberger website. The Cyberflex for Linux kit is proprietary
to the Open 16k card. Basically it is an application written on top of a
driver. ( I hope to solve that over Christmas break - I get 3 weeks off of
school ) So verifiying the default key for the Open 16k card to the 8k card
will probably produce bad results ( possibly block the card ).
I will be filling in the Resource Manager over the next couple of weeks and
working on the first ICCSP for it. I chose the Schlumberger Multiflex card to
begin with because I have a few laying around and it will not require me to
write a Cryptographic Service Provider yet. I will then tackle the Cyberflex
8k, and Open 16k ICCSP's and rewrite Xcard using GTK to fit on PC/SC. Then we
will be able to use any card and any reader that is PC/SC compliant with an
appropriate IFD_Handler. I will probably release a non RPC version of the
resource manager next week that supports the Multiflex. Basically it will be
the Multiflex ICCSP built right on top of the Resource Manager. ( Just
something to play with ) Please send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] for
requests on readers that you would like to see supported by PC/SC for Unix and
I'll try to work on them over break.
Thanks
Dave
