Hi for the Cryptoflex driver look at the docs/README. You need to do a
./configure --includedir=/usr/local/pcsc/include or wherever the include
files are for PC/SC. As for the slb_rf60 driver giving an error on get
response make sure that the card is not blocked. You should be able to
compile the slb_rf60 driver with --enable-debug to get the responses from
the card.
